  1. Season the salmon with salt and lemon. Leave it in the seasoning for a few minutes and then put oil in a frying pan and let it heat up and put the salmon and let it grill on low heat on both sides
  2. In a pan, place the garlic and oil and sauté, then place the potatoes and carrots cut into medium squares, add a cup of water and salt. Let it cook until the vegetables are al dente, just put the cauliflower and zucchini last, then let it cook until it is done.
