  • medium red onion1 unit(s)
  • garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • red pepper1/2 cup
  • zucchini1 cup
  • cherry tomato1 cup
  • olive1/2 cup
  • desalted and shredded cod2 cup
  • olive oil3/4 cup
  • Parsley, black pepper and salt0 to taste
  1. Cut the onion, pepper, zucchini, cherry tomato, crush the garlic and chop the parsley.
  2. Mix the above ingredients with the olive.
  3. Transfer to a platter, drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper.
  4. Place in the oven to bake at medium temperature for 30 minutes.
