  • Shrimp250 g
  • Butter5 g
  • Olive oil15 ml
  • Bechamel Sauce ((firm) Proportion 50 g butter/50 g wheat and 300 ml milk, salt and nutmeg)70 g
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Parmesan150 g
  • Mozzarella40 g
  • Lemon (for shrimp and seasonings to taste) to taste
  1. clean the shrimp
  2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and then sauté in butter with olive oil. Reserve.
  3. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
  4. Take the pineapple and remove the core with a little of the pulp, leaving a boat.
  5. Prepare the béchamel, place it in the bottom of the pineapple.
  6. Place the shrimp over it and finish with the coarsely grated Parmesan.
  7. Cover with a slice and a half of mozzarella and take it to the preheated oven, covered with foil, carefully protecting the crown.
  8. After approximately 20 minutes, remove the paper and return to the fire, until browned.
