  • Tilapia fillet1 kg
  • Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Seasonings of your choice for fish to taste
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  1. Season the fillets with the indicated seasonings or add the seasonings of your choice.
  2. Leave to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet and place the fillets.
  4. Let it grill without stirring so as not to break up the pieces.
  5. When browned, carefully turn the fish to the other side.
  6. Tip: serve with cream of corn or mashed potatoes and white rice. A wine goes well 😉
