Clean the prawns and set aside.
In a bowl, add the lemon juice, mustard, black pepper, salt and olive oil.
Mix well and set aside.
Add the cleaned shrimp to the prepared seasoning, stir well and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
In a non-stick skillet, brush with butter and add the prawns.
Grill well until it forms a crust.
Tip: Serve the prawns with a full salad and mashed potatoes.
