  • Cabbage1 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Broccoli1 unit(s)
  • Red Cabbage1 unit(s)
  • Shoyo to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut half of the carrot and cabbage into thin strips. Put it to braise together with broccoli and a little salt for 15 minutes.
  2. With a grater, grate the remaining carrots and cabbage. Season with soy sauce to taste, a little salt and chives. Reserve.
  3. For the salmon, put a little olive oil in a frying pan, when it is hot, place the salmon and grill it on both sides.
  4. Fry the egg in a frying pan, without stirring and with a little oil. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Place the portions on a plate, sprinkle the chives on top and enjoy.
