  • Large prawns | 8 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Lemon zest | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper |  to taste
  • Cumin | 1 coffee spoon
  • Smoked paprika | 1 teaspoon
  • Curry powder | 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamom powder | 1 coffee spoon

Recipe

  1. Wash the shrimp and dry well with a paper towel. Reserve In a bowl, add the spices and mix well. Dip the shrimp into the mixture one by one.
