Ingredients

  • Banana | 300 g
  • Rice | 200 g
  • Tomato | 150 g
  • Red Pepper | 70 g
  • Onion | 80 g
  • Coriander | 30 g
  • Coconut milk | 100 g
  • Olive oil | 50 g
  • Coconut milk | 100 g

Recipe

  1. Cut the peppers, onion, tomato and cilantro into strips.
  2. In the pan, sauté the chopped garlic, onion and tomato. Add water and let it boil. Hit the blender and return to the fire, add the coconut milk and more oil.
  3. Add the tomatoes, onion and peppers in strips, let it boil a little and turn off. Reserve.
  4. Make regular white rice and add coconut milk at the end and stir. Reserve.
  5. In a frying pan add oil and place the cubed plantain to grill. Let it brown well.
  6. Add the grilled plantain to the sauce and add chopped cilantro.
  7. Plating On the plate, place the rice on one side and the moqueca on the other, finishing with fresh cilantro on top. Enjoy your food!!!
