- Smoked Paprika1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Put the octopus, already cleaned, but whole, and half an onion for cooking in the pressure cooker. It doesn't need water, the octopus and the onion release enough. After getting pressure, turn off the fire and let it cook for 7 minutes.
- At the same time, cook the potatoes with salt until al dente, neither soft nor hard.
- After the pan loses pressure, remove the octopus and set aside.
- After the potatoes are at the right point, take them out of the pan, and with the help of a spoon, love them one by one as if they were punched, but do not break them entirely.
- In a frying pan with olive oil, grill the potatoes, adjust the salt, season with smoked paprika on both sides, until they are golden, then set aside.
- Cut the tentacles of the octopus and grill them, only then should we salt them, and with plenty of oil. When they are golden it is ready.
- Assemble the dish with the potatoes underneath, octopus on top and drizzle with more olive oil and chopped chives, and be happy 😉
