- Fish fillet (I used tilapia)1 unit(s)
- Lemon zest to taste
- A pinch of salt to taste
- Crushed garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Ground black pepper (optional) to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Butter1/2 tablespoon
- Cabbage Leaves2 unit(s)
- Season the fillet with salt, garlic, black pepper and lemon zest.
- Roll the cabbage leaves like a straw and cut using a knife.
- Put olive oil in the non-stick skillet, when it's hot put the seasoned fillet. Do not touch. After 3 min, use a spatula and flip the fillet to grill the other side.
- Remove the finished fish and quickly sauté the cabbage in the same pan, using the butter. Ready!
