Crayfish1 kg
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Butter2 tablespoon
Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
Herbs10 g
Salt1 to taste
Black pepper1 to taste

Heat the skillet well
Add the oil and let it boil for 30 seconds.
Add the shelled crayfish with salt and pepper to taste. Let one side grill for 2 minutes, turn the side and let grill for another two minutes.
Add the butter, garlic and herbs and stir for another 1 minute.
Then just serve. It goes well with salads and pasta. 😋
