  • Creamy and consistent cottage cheese300 g
  • Mountain Cheese200 g
  • Minced Garlic (Teeth)2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley200 g
  1. Open the oysters carefully, keeping them in the concave part of the shell, already releasing the muscle that holds them to the shell.
  2. Take the cream cheese and beat it in a bowl, with the help of a fuet, mixing the parsley, the chopped garlic and half the mountain cheese
  3. Place the beaten cheese on the oysters, covering all the flesh of the oysters and sprinkle with the rest of the mountain cheese.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC on a baking sheet and let it bake and brown, for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Serve while still hot and enjoy this wonderful delicacy!
