- Peeled Shrimp P200 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Large Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Soy Sauce2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- With the shrimp already cleaned.
- Chop the garlic and onion.
- In a skillet add the olive oil, onion and garlic, then stir for 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp, salt, black pepper and soy sauce.
- Cover the skillet, let it simmer for 10 minutes, then remove the lid and stir well.
- Let the shrimp fry until golden brown, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- And just serve yourself, however you want.
