- Whole shrimp1 kg
- Red Sazon1 to taste
- Oil1 cup
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste

- Wash the shrimp and let them drain.
- I put the shrimp in a pot and seasoned with red sazon, black pepper and a pinch of salt and squeezed 1 lemon. Mix well and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- I took a small pan and put the oil and let it heat up over medium heat. As soon as it is hot, add the shrimp and fry for about 5 minutes, remove and let the oil drain.
