- Black pepper, sazon to taste

- Clean and wash the Sardines well.
- After the sardines are cleaned, in a container season with salt, garlic, lemon, cilantro, pepper and seasoning.
- Set aside for about 20 minutes to get the seasoning well.
- Then pass in wheat flour or cornmeal.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil well and fry the sardines.
