- Parsley and Chives1 to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Flour (Corn, Rice)1 tablespoon
- Mix the shrimp with the flour and let it rest while you cut the ingredients.
- Prepare the rice as you prefer, without using too much salt (use 1 tablespoon and half an onion)
- Put oil in the skillet and brown the shrimp on both sides.
- Reserve the shrimp, add more oil and the egg. Stir and toss to the side.
- Add the diced carrot, crushed or crushed garlic and ginger
- Reserve after frying them
- Add sesame oil, parsley and chives, peas (optional) and stir
- Add the reserved carrot mixture, add the shrimp
- Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt and plenty of black pepper and stir.
