  • cucumber1/2 unit(s)
  1. Season the fish with salt, half a squeezed lemon and garlic, let it act for a few minutes to get the seasoning, put the wheat flour on a plate, heat the oil and pass the fish in the flour and fry in the hot oil.
  2. Wash the lettuce, cucumber and tomato. cut cucumber into thin slices and tomato too, scrape the leaves with your hand, season with squeezed lemon and olive oil, if necessary add salt.
