  • Tilapia1 kg
  • Cassava flour2 cup
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying1 cup
  1. In a bowl add the fish and season with garlic, cumin and salt until August let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. After the resting time, we will add our manioc flour in a bowl and then pass and coat all our fish in manioc flour.
  3. Then put the oil to heat and as soon as it is heated add the fish and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
