- Fish of your choice1 kg
- Wheat flour to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Oil500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Clean the fish and cut into medium pieces.
- Add salt and lemon and let it marinate.
- In a large pan add the oil and let it heat well.
- Pass the pieces of fish in wheat flour and then in breadcrumbs. This will help it not stick to the pan.
- Add the fish to the hot oil and do not turn the pieces until the underside is fully fried.
- With both sides fried, remove the fish from the oil and place in a refractory to drain.
- It can be served as a side dish or as a side dish.
