  • Squid Rings800 g
  • Milk1 cup
  • White Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Paprika1 teaspoon
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Oil1 l
  • Parsley to taste
  1. In a bowl, place the milk and vinegar, mix
  2. Add the squid rings and place the bowl in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Put the oil in the pan and let it heat up.
  4. In a bowl put the seasonings salt, lemon paprika and wheat flour, mix
  5. Take the rings out of the fridge and put them in the bowl, fry them one by one for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  6. Remove the rings from the oil and place on a paper towel-covered refractory.
  7. Sprinkle parsley and serve immediately
