  • Tilapia fillet1 kg
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Corn flour1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Oil500 ml
  1. Cut the fillet into smaller pieces and season with salt, spices and lemon, and leave to marinate for half an hour.
  2. In a container, mix the wheat flour and corn flour and pass the fillets on both sides in this mixture.
  3. Fry the fillets in hot oil until golden brown.
