  3. Cut the carrots into not very thin strips and cook them together with the potato.
  4. Cut the onion and tomatoes into not-too-thin slices and set aside

  6. Cook the shrimp for 3 min in boiling water and after a thermal shock to stop the cooking
  7. Cut the peppers into strips
  8. Season the fish fillets with salt, chopped pepper and herbs.
  9. In a greased baking dish, place a layer of tomato, potato, carrot, onion and fish.
  10. Cover the fish with tomato paste, carrots, prawns, potatoes and sprinkle with pepper.
  11. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a low oven at 200G for 30 min.
