- I cut the fish into flakes, seasoned with garlic, black pepper, salt and lemon.
- I left it on for 20 minutes.
- In the pan I put a little oil, along with saffron and paprika, added the tomato, paprika, chili pepper and onion, then a little vinaigrette seasoning, sautéed well and added the hot water and a little tomato sauce.
- As soon as it boiled, I added the fish and added a little more salt, covered the pan for 10 minutes, put some coconut milk, removed some of the broth to make the mush, and finally put the cilantro.
