Salt and pepper
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, pass through the flour, then into the beaten egg and finally into the breadcrumbs. Fry in oil by immersion.
In a refractory that can go in the oven, place a layer of tomato sauce, then the fish fillets, and cover with tomato sauce. Finish with the cheese and a little more sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
