- Season the fish fillets with garlic, salt, lemon juice. Let rest for 20 minutes
- Cut the papaya into large pieces and put it to boil with a pinch of salt.
- In another pan, make a sauce with the peppers, onion, tomatoes, pepper, and palm oil. Let it cook until the sauce has a consistency.
- Place the steaks and the already boiled papaya in the sauce, add the coconut milk, cook for another 10 minutes, turn off the heat and put the heat.
