- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Finely crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Coloring (paprika), paprika, and black pepper to taste
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- The fish must be fresh, it cannot be frozen, clean the fish and cut into slices.
- In a bowl mix all the seasonings and the spoon of starch until it forms a paste, pass this seasoning on all pieces of the fish.
- Then place the fish in the fryer basket and program for 25 minutes at 200°C. After the estimated time, open the fryer and see if it is dry, if not yet, program it for a few more minutes.
