  • fish600 g
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Finely crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Coloring (paprika), paprika, and black pepper to taste
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  1. The fish must be fresh, it cannot be frozen, clean the fish and cut into slices.
  2. In a bowl mix all the seasonings and the spoon of starch until it forms a paste, pass this seasoning on all pieces of the fish.
  3. Then place the fish in the fryer basket and program for 25 minutes at 200°C. After the estimated time, open the fryer and see if it is dry, if not yet, program it for a few more minutes.
