  • Fish in slices (I used croaker)1.500 kg
  • Chopped Ripe Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • Minced garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon pepper to taste
  • Fresh Coconut Milk300 ml
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Seasoning edu guedes to taste
  1. Clean the fish well.
  2. Season with salt, garlic, lemon and lemon pepper.
  3. Let it rest for 1 hour
  4. In a pan, place the fish fillets, paprika, cumin, tomatoes, onions, peppers, edu guedes seasoning, coriander and tomato paste.
  5. Take to the fire to cook.
  6. Leave the pan covered and add water, forming a broth.
  7. When the fish starts to cook, add the coconut milk and let it finish cooking and thicken the broth.
