Yellow hake fillet, salt, black pepper and lemon, unsalted butter, panko flour and Brazil nuts.
Season the hake fillet with salt, pepper and lemon.
Mix the panko with cold butter and laminated Brazil nuts.
Assemble the farofa over the hake fillet.
Bake in a medium oven until golden.
Tip- medium low oven, for crust to brown while the fish bakes.
