- Fish fillet700 g
- Garlic1 to taste

- Salt1 to taste
- Wheat flour1 to taste
- Shrimp500 g
- Tomato1 to taste
- Onion1 to taste
- Coriander1 to taste
- Water1 to taste
- Season the fish films with salt, garlic and lemon, let marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Coat the fillets with the wheat flour
- In a frying pan add oil and let it heat at moderate temperature, put it in a pyrex and set aside.
- Season the prawns with olive oil, lemon, garlic and salt to taste.
- Put it in a pan with oil and let it brown, add salt to taste and the other seasonings, cilantro, onion and tomato add a little water and a pinch of wheat flour let it boil
- Toss on top of the fried fish n pyrex and serve as you wish, lettuce and rice salad.
