Fish fillet in white sauce

Deixe o peixe marinando em 200ml de vinho branco, junto com os temperos a gosto por 20 minutos.

Leave the fish to marinate in 200 ml of white wine, along with the seasonings to taste for 20 minutes.

Enquanto isso, bora pro molho!
Adicione a manteiga e o amido de milho em uma panela com fogo médio, e quando estiver tudo diluído, adicione o leite. O segredo é colocar o amido já dissolvido (você pode fazer isso acrescentando água e misturando em um recipiente antes de adicionar na panela). 

In the meantime, on to the sauce!
Add the butter and cornstarch in a pan over medium heat, and when everything is diluted, add the milk. The secret is to put the already dissolved starch (you can do this by adding water and mixing in a container before adding it to the pan).

Adicione os queijos, o sal e os temperos a gosto. 

Add cheeses, salt and seasonings to taste.

Adicione o restante do vinho branco e mexa até engrossar. 

Add the rest of the white wine and stir until it thickens.

Em outra panela, adicione azeite e coloque os filés de peixe para refogar junto com o líquido que estava marinando. Deixe cozinhando por mais ou menos 10 minutos. 

In another pan, add oil and place the fish fillets to sauté together with the liquid that was marinating. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Para servir, coloque o filé em porções individuais e despeje um pouco de molho por cima!

To serve, place the fillet in individual portions and pour some sauce on top!
