- Fish fillet1 kg
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Potato500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Put the margarine in a pan and wait for it to melt.
- Add the wheat flour and stir for a few minutes to cook the flour.
- Add the milk and salt.
- Stir well until the sauce thickens.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream and mix well.
- Reserve the sauce.
- Season the fish fillets in oil and salt.
- In a shape or refractory, grease with oil and make a layer of fish and place the sliced potatoes, sliced onion and oregano on top.
- Make a layer with the reserved sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
