  • Fish fillet1 kg
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Potato500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Put the margarine in a pan and wait for it to melt.
  2. Add the wheat flour and stir for a few minutes to cook the flour.
  3. Add the milk and salt.
  4. Stir well until the sauce thickens.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the cream and mix well.
  6. Reserve the sauce.
  7. Season the fish fillets in oil and salt.
  8. In a shape or refractory, grease with oil and make a layer of fish and place the sliced potatoes, sliced onion and oregano on top.
  9. Make a layer with the reserved sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  10. Bake in a moderate oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden. Enjoy your food...
