- tomato extract1/2 cup

- Lemon juice1 unit(s)

- Salt to taste1 coffee spoon
- Season the fish fillets with garlic and salt to taste and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 15 min
- In a pan, place the olive oil, sliced onion, sliced green pepper and sliced tomatoes.
- Then accommodate the fish fillets and add the paprika and tomato paste. Let it cook for 10 minutes Then add the coconut milk and let it boil for 3 minutes.
