- Fish fillet1 kg
- Salt1 to taste
- Potatoes1 kg
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Ketchup1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella200 g
- Cook the potatoes .
- In a medium refractory place the boiled potatoes in such a way that they cover the bottom.
- Place the salted fish fillets on top of the potatoes. Mix the tomato sauce and ketchup and distribute this mixture over the fillets. Repeat the operation, ending with the sauce.
- Bake in a hot oven (200°) for 15 minutes. Remove, put the mozzarella, put it in the oven again for fixings.
- Serve with white rice.
