- Curry10 g
- Olive Oil40 g
- Minced garlic10 g
- Sliced red onion50 g
- Sliced bell pepper (can be colored)80 g
- Chopped carrot80 g
- Pumpkin250 g
- Oxtail fillet1 kg
- Knorr Professional Sea Delights Broth25 g
- Coriander to taste
- In a pan, add the coconut milk, mix with the Knorr Professional White Bechamel Sauce and the curry, heat, boiling for 1 minute.
- The white sauce will help the coconut milk become creamier. Set aside.
- In another pan, add the olive oil, sauté the garlic and sliced red onion. Add the bell pepper and carrot and, lastly, the pumpkin. Sauté for 2
- Add the reserved mixture and then the sea bass fillets in pieces, Knorr Professional Sea Delights Broth.
- Cook for 8 minutes and finish with chopped coriander.
