  • Salt50 g
  • Pepper50 g
  • Olive Oil100 ml
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk150 ml
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  1. Wash the fish, sprinkle with lemon juice and rest for about 2 hours.
  2. In a large pot, place the fish, onion, salt, pepper, peppers and olive oil.
  3. Take the shrimp and coconut milk, hit the blender and then put it on top of the fish.
  4. Then put it in a pan and take it to the low fire, covering and waiting for 30 minutes. Okay, take it off the heat and you're done.
