- Knorr Professional Sea Delights Broth25 g
- Hake fillet1 kg
- Cleaned shrimp300 g

- Coriander to taste
- Cut the central part of the peppers into slices and with the tips, cut into cubes and set aside.
- In a pan add water and when it boils, add Knorr Tomato Base, mix well.
- another pan, add the olive oil and palm oil and brown 1 onion, add the diced peppers, sauté for 3 minutes.
