- Fish fillet (I used tilapia)600 g
- Garlic to taste
- Seasonings (paprika, Bahia seasoning, salt, mixed seasoning, etc.) to taste
- Cornmeal to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Season the fish fillet with garlic, lemon and spices of your choice.
- Leave at least 1 hour or overnight to get enough seasoning.
- Put a quantity of cornmeal in a container and a pinch of salt. Then, pass the fillet in the cornmeal on both sides.
- With the oil very hot, fry the fish - preferably 1 at a time.
