  • Fish fillet (I used tilapia)600 g
  • Garlic to taste
  • Seasonings (paprika, Bahia seasoning, salt, mixed seasoning, etc.) to taste
  • Cornmeal to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  1. Season the fish fillet with garlic, lemon and spices of your choice.
  2. Leave at least 1 hour or overnight to get enough seasoning.
  3. Put a quantity of cornmeal in a container and a pinch of salt. Then, pass the fillet in the cornmeal on both sides.
  4. With the oil very hot, fry the fish - preferably 1 at a time.
