Ingredients

  • hake fillet, halibut or hake | 12 unit(s)
  • lemons | 2 unit(s)
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper |  to taste
  • Milk | 1/2 cup
  • Oil |  to taste
  • Wheat flour |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Leave in the seasoning for 30 minutes to get the taste. In a bowl, mix the flour, lightly beaten eggs and milk, until creamy. Dip the fillets in the mixture and fry them in hot oil until golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
  2. Tip: If you want to make the fillets more crispy, instead of a cup of flour use half a cup of wheat flour plus half a cup of cornstarch.
