Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Leave in the seasoning for 30 minutes to get the taste.
In a bowl, mix the flour, lightly beaten eggs and milk, until creamy.
Dip the fillets in the mixture and fry them in hot oil until golden.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Tip: If you want to make the fillets more crispy, instead of a cup of flour use half a cup of wheat flour plus half a cup of cornstarch.
