  • Fish fillet6 unit(s)
  • Cashew nuts100 g
  • Roasted peanuts without shell100 g
  • Ready-made farofa200 g
  • Butter100 g
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Finely chop the peanuts and cashews (I put them in the mixer and leave some larger pieces for crunchiness).
  2. Melt the butter and brush some of the butter into a pan to grease.
  3. Season the fish fillets and place in the greased pan, brush the top of the fillets with melted butter.
  4. In a bowl mix the peanuts, chestnuts, farofa and chopped green scent
  5. Cover the fillets well with this mixture and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
