Today I'm going to leave you a recipe from our dinner yesterday... a Shrimp Risotto that is very simple to make 🍤 ✨How to do it: In a large pan with a lid, add the oil, butter, onion and sauté quickly; add the garlic and then the rice. Stir until the rice starts to become transparent to release the starch; when finished, add the wine and let it evaporate, stirring slowly Meanwhile, season the prawns with lemon, salt and black pepper and let it rest for 10 minutes. After this time, remove the "broth" that has formed and cook the shrimp quickly. Add this shrimp broth in 1 liter of boiling water and gradually add this broth, in the pan that the rice is cooking (at this moment, leave the heat on low) Keep experimenting until you reach the point of rice and when the point arrives, add the chives / parsley and grated cheese and shrimp. Turn off the heat and add another spoon of butter and bon appetit! This recipe makes 4 very generous servings! .
