- Recipe
- Codfish (desalted, cooked and shredded)500 g
- Boiled and squeezed potato (cooking in cod cooking water)500 g
- Mayonnaise250 g
- Black olive to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (reserve some for sprinkling)100 g
- Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients well
- Place in a greased baking dish, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden
- Serve with white rice and salad
- Enjoy!
