  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Can of tomato1 unit(s)
  • Vegetable broth500 ml
  • Sweet Potatoes10 unit(s)
  • pod100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Pepper1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Sauté the onion and garlic along with a can of tomatoes in olive oil.
  2. Warm up well and arrange the pieces of dogfish directly in the pan, even if frozen.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper and lemon pepper.
  4. Add vegetable broth until level and when boiling, add ball potatoes and green beans.
  5. Let it cook until it reaches the point.
  6. Serve immediately.
