  • Coriander to taste
  • Red Tomatoes6 unit(s)
  • Colorau to taste
  • Palm oil to taste
  • Coconut milk to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  1. Season the fish with salt and lemon.
  2. Cut the peppers, onion and tomato into slices. Make layers interspersing fish tomato, onion and pepper.
  3. Smell green, drizzle with olive oil over medium heat.
  4. When cooked, if desired, add palm oil and coconut milk.
  5. Finish with green smell and adjust the salt. Serve with white rice and fried plantains.
