  • Dogfish slices500 g
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Palm oil5 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Green pepper strips1 unit(s)
  • Red pepper strips1 unit(s)
  • Chopped and seedless chili pepper1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Sliced ​​tomato2 unit(s)
  1. Season the fish with lemon, salt and black pepper. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Sauté the finger pepper, onion and garlic in palm oil.
  3. Arrange the fish slices in the pan, forming a layer.
  4. Make another layer now with green, red peppers and tomatoes.
  5. Alternate layers between fish and vegetables.
  6. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the coconut milk, cover the pan again and cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Adjust the salt.
  9. Serve with white rice.
