- Salt, Spicy Paprika, Oregano and Olive Oil. to taste
- Place the dogfish in a bowl and sprinkle with a little salt and paprika. And book. In a pan put a generous drizzle of olive oil and place the crushed garlic, the onion cut into large cubes to brown.
- Add the peppers cut into medium cubes, to sauté. Always mix. After 3 minutes, add the tomatoes cut into medium cubes to sauté too. Mix. Place the dogfish in the pan to cook, do not stir too much.
- When the fish is almost cooked, add the coconut milk and mix gently, check the salt and add oregano. When the fish is completely cooked, turn off the heat and add the green smell.
