  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)

  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell1 tablespoon
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Coconut Milk1 cup
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Place the dogfish steaks in a refractory, season with lemon juice, salt and let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the onion in slices, the chopped garlic and the peppers in slices, add the coconut milk, the tomatoes and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the dogfish steaks and the rest of the ingredients, let it cook for another 6 minutes with the lid half open and serve.
