- Parsley or cilantro to taste
- First, pre-prepare the shrimp: clean the shrimp, chop finely chopped garlic and cilantro (or parsley) and cut the tomato into small cubes. If you wish, you can remove the tomato skin. Then season the prawns with salt and pepper to taste. Place a pan over medium heat and melt the butter with a drizzle of olive oil. Brown the prawns for 1 minute on each side or until they turn pink, don't leave too long in the heat so they don't get rubbery! Remove and book.
- Then, in the same pan to get the flavor, add another drizzle of olive oil (if necessary) and brown the garlic. Add the paprika and mix well, it will give color to our sauce so it needs to be diluted well in the stew, that's the secret.
- Add the chili pepper. Add chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Be careful with the amount of pepper.
- Finally, return the shrimp to the pan and mix well so that it gets all the flavor of the stew. Finish with the cream, the chopped cilantro and adjust the salt if necessary. Let it start to boil and turn it off. Serve immediately with white rice or pasta. It just stays P E R F E I T O!
