Clean, headless shrimp
Onion cut into cubes
Butter or olive oil
Seasonings to taste
1 dessert spoon
Melt the onion in the oil and add the shrimp. Add the salt and let it cook until the shrimp are browned.
Season to taste, I used chimichurri, curry, black pepper and parsley.
Add the curd and cream, cover the pan and as soon as it boils, turn off the heat.
Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
