- medium shrimp1 kg
- olive oil4 tablespoon
- garlic cloves2 to taste
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Seedless Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Pinch salt1 to taste
- Pinch of black pepper1 to taste
- Whey-free cream400 g
- Cream cheese250 g
- Basil Tomato Sauce150 g
- Coriander50 g
- Remove the lid and seeds from the strawberry.
- Wash and wrap it in aluminum foil and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 45 minutes.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion, add the shrimp and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, pepper, salt and tomato sauce.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream and cilantro.
- Mix well and finally add the cheese.
- Pass a little curd inside the moranga and pour the shrimp cream.
- Tip: You can replace the shrimp with chicken, jerky, hearts of palm or dogfish. Shrimp is a delicious seafood that is present in several Brazilian recipes, such as shrimp in the moranga, the shrimp bobó.
