Start by browning the onion and garlic then the shrimp, I used butter and olive oil to brown.
Then I added a little pepper, when I saw that it was starting to stick to the pan, I added a cup of water, when it started to thicken, I added the curd and mayonnaise. I didn't add cream, it's optional.
I left it for about 2 minutes to get the taste. I made a simple rice with garlic and saffron and serve. Very practical and delicious recipe.
